Boil chowmin in hot water. Cut all the vegeies. Make scrammble eggs and keep aside. In a pan add oil , stir fry all the vegetables until they soften. Then add boiled chowmin in it and stir fry . add salt , black pepper powder , soya sauce ( optional ) . Garnish with tomato sauce and salad and serve hot.
