Potato egg chops is famous north indian style specially made in bengal , It is a unique chops that can easily prepare at home with very few ingredients.It is less time consuming and kids love these chops in a daily routine.

For Potato Masala Preparation

The key ingredients to prepare potato egg chops ,we need potatoes,onions ,tomatoes,coriander leaves,bread crumbs,corn flour,red chilli powder,black pepper powder,coriander powder,black pepper powder,turmeric powder,hing,garam masala,Salt and oil for deep fry.
