STEP : 1
Chop the onion and peel the garlic. Chop the green chili into small pieces. Peel the cucumber and slice it into small long pieces. Cut the capsicum into small pieces. Take a lemon and cut it into 2 halves to extract the juice.

Cut and wash the chicken cubes into small pieces and marinate with salt and curd. Take an egg and beat it with salt.

Make a dough with salt and oil from the maida and form a thick paratha as shown in the image and roast it on both sides to cook uniformly.

After roasting the paratha sprinkle some oil on the pan and fry the paratha on both sides till it turns golden brown and remove from the flames.

Add some oil into the frying pan and add the beaten egg and fry it in the round shape as shown

When the egg is half cooked add the paratha on top of the egg so that the soft surface of the paratha sticks on to the egg.

Fry the egg and the paratha for a minute or 2 on both sides by turning on both the directions.

After the paratha and the egg has been fried remove the same from the flame and set it aside in a plate and drain the excess oil.

Heat oil in the frying pan and add the onion, garlic, capsicum and green chili along with the marinated chicken. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper and cook it for 34 minutes till the chicken becomes tender.

Take the masala and the chicken and put it on the paratha along with the egg which was fried earlier.

Put the raw onion and chopped cucumber on the top of the chicken as shown in the image and squeeze the lemon on top of it. Fold the roll and wrap it in a tissue and serve it with cucumber and tomato ketchup.
