STEP : 1
Take a pan , add butter . Once it melts , add the boiled eggs in it and roast it in a low flame for about 2 minutes

Take the eggs in a plate and prick it by using a fork . Do not smash it and set it aside let it cool
STEP : 3
Now in the same pan , add the chopped onions , tomato ,cashew and salt .saute this on a medium flame until the tomatoes are soft .

Now add the chilli powder , turmeric and saute it well until the raw smell of the chilli powder goes away .

Cook till it becomes like a dough . do not add water and once it is ready like dough set it aside let it cool

Once it cools down , add this to the blender and add little water and blend it well to a smooth puree .

Now take a pan , add butter , cinnamon stick , cloves , cardamom and ginger-garlic paste . saute it well

When the raw smell of ginger- garlic paste goes away , pour the onion - tomato puree into this and mix it well

Now add the required water as needed and bring it to a consistency and stir it well . Now cover and cook for about 5minutes

Now add garam masala and coriander powder . After it boils , add the eggs into it and stir it lightly .dont break the eggs .. lower the flame and cook for 2minutes .
