butter masala is usually made with paneer or chicken .this dish is different which is prepared with eggs . This dish can be served with paratha and also with biryani .it takes 40-45min to prepare .this is a delicious curry for dinner

Ingredients of Egg butter masala

6.00 no boiledeggs

1.00 tbsp Turmeric
1.00 no cinnamonstick

8.00 no cashew
1.00 tbsp chillipowder
0.50 tbsp gingergarlicpaste
0.75 tbsp garammasala
0.50 tbsp corianderpowder
2.00 tbsp salt

Take a pan , add butter . Once it melts , add the boiled eggs in it and roast it in a low flame for about 2 minutes

Now in the same pan , add the chopped onions , tomato ,cashew and salt .saute this on a medium flame until the tomatoes are soft .

Once it cools down , add this to the blender and add little water and blend it well to a smooth puree .
