STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare bread egg masala, we need bread slices , onions, tomatoes, capsicum , eggs,red chilly powder, Turmeric powder, ginger, garlic cloves,coriander powder, oil, garam masala powder,cumin seeds , coriander leaves and salt.

STEP : 2
Turn on the flame , place a pan add bread slices in a low heat then slghtly flip it on both sides.

When it turns little crispy take out the bread slices make it a small pieces and keep aside in seperate plate.

To prepare tomato puree , take a blender jar add half cup of tomatoes , you can even add small pieces of tomatoes.

Blend it for few seconds till it turns better consistency of the firm or you can add tomatoes into masala as your style.

To prepare egg masala turn on the flame , place a vessel when tawa heats add 4 to 5 tablespoon of oil .

Add half tablespoon of cumin seeds and mustard seeds into hot oil and let splutter for few seconds.

Add 5 to 6 crunched garlic cloves then saute it slightly and leave it for few seconds

Add half inch size crunched ginger along with ingredients and saute it all till the raw smell goes away.

Add a cup of thin sliced onions then saute it for few minutes till the onion turns golden brown color.

For quick cooking sprinkle few salt then mix it and let it cook till the raw smell goes away.

Add a blended tomato puree into the mixture and leave it to cook for 2 to 3 minutes till the raw tomato smell goes away.

When it nicely boils add a cup of capsicum then mix it well , you can add your liked vegetables at this stage.

When the capsicum nicely blended with the ingredients add a tablespoon of garam masala powder .

Add a tablespoon of red chilly powder then mix it till the raw red chilli smell goes away.

Add a tablespoon of coriander powder then mix it and leave it to cook let the masalas blend with the mixture.

Add half tablespoon of turmeric powder then mix it , add little bit of water to avoid dryness into the mixture.

Add half cup of fresh coriander leaves then mix all these ingredients very well and leave it for few seconds.

Break the medium sized eggs add into the masala ,you can sprinkle a pinch of black pepper powder and leave it for few seconds.

After few seconds saute the breaked egg for few seconds then add a pinch of salt and saute it.

Then combine the egg sabzi and the masala ingredients very well and let it cook for few seconds.

Add a small pieces of roaster bread into the mixture and mix it very well let the masala blend with bread pieces.

After blending the masala into bread pieces turn off the flame and transfer them in a seperate bowl , our bread egg masala is ready now.
