Usually we made biriyani using chicken,mutton and fish and vegetables too,but now we are doing this recipe with egg, The Egg which has rich protein power and good for child for growing their immunity levels.The easy and quick biriyani are made using this egg.

Ingredients of Egg biryani

4.00 cup Rice
5.00 no Onion
6.00 no Tomatoes
1.00 cup Mint Leaves
1.00 cup Coriander leaves
0.50 cup Ginger Garlic Paste
4.00 no cloves
3.00 no Cardamom Sticks
0.50 cup Ghee
7.00 no Green Chilies
0.25 tbsp Food Color
4.00 no Boiled Egg
2.00 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
0.25 tbsp Garam Masala Powder

Egg biryani

Here we are cook this recipe using Rice cooker but same procedure follows to cook in gas stove too, Heat the Rice cooker from changing the mode warm to cook mode now add 3 to 4 tablespoon of Ghee,after the ghee melts add some cloves,cardamom sticks,bay leaves and fry for very few minutes,

STEP : 1

When these ingredients are fried add lengthy sliced onions and 7 to 8 green chilies and curry leaves into it,and fry for five minutes till the onion turns into golden brown color,

After that add 1/2 cups of fine grounded ginger garlic pastes and add some bay leaves into it and saute well till golden color comes,

After that add well ripen lengthy sliced tomatoes into that,mix wee and cook for two minutes till the tomatoes are get well smashed,

After that add 2 tbsp of red chilly powder and 1/4 tbsp of garam masala into that mix well ,now need to stir continue to prevent the bottom burning of the cook pot,

After adding these powdered ingredients add one cup of split mint leaves and add one cup of finely chopped coriander leaves on this stage,

Mix well and now add the washed ans soaked(10 minutes)rice on to that and fry it till the water are fully absorbed and mix continue without wait,

After fry the rice well now add water for cups of rice need to add 7 cups of water into that.Now add the needed salt,1/2 cup of lemon juice and 1/2 tbsp of food color in to it and add the remaining mint leaves and and coriander leaves,

STEP : 8

Close the lid and boil for 10 minutes till the water gets semi-dry,and now we need to add the boiled eggs into it and mix into the rice,

Again cook for two minutes for drying the remaining water,if for gas stove cooking slow the fire and cook,Finally add 1 table spoon of ghee ad spread over the tasty and spicy egg briyani,and transfer to serving bowl and serve hot with curd raita ar with any alternative gravy to that.
