  • 2.00 cup egg
  • 2.00 cup onion
  • 1.00 tbsp green chilly
  • 1.00 cup tomato
  • 1.00 tbsp salt
  • 1.00 tbsp red chilly powder
  • 1.00 tbsp coriander powder

  • Get a bowl & take prepared egg dry burji den now you can serve with chapati.. its a very delicious & very good veggie. first take 2 egg in a bowl, & den chopped all veggies.[ onion, green chilly, & tomato]
  • 2nd step is turn on heat & keep a kadai pan & add 2 spoon oil when oil heated den add chopped onion &green chilly, fry if for 5 to 10 mins
  • 3rd step is when completed cook onion den add tomato cook for 10 mins &mix it well its a very tasty &healthy recipe, everyone like this veggie always
  • 4th step is after completed cook all veggies den add egg imploded direct in kadai pan & mix it well
  • 5th step is mix it well again & cook for 5 to 8 mins den almost done my recipe . look at this pic you can see this image. almost ready egg dry burji you can serve with chapati.done my recipe, i hope you will like my egg dry bhurji. thanks a lot
