its recipe name is egg burji. this veggiess very healthy &awesome recipe. since this veggiess got the protein to body.. we need egg , onion, green chilly , tomato, salt, red chilly powder, coriander powder,thats it. its recipe easy &simple step to cook. done my description.

Ingredients of Egg bhurji recipe

2.00 cup egg
2.00 cup onion
1.00 tbsp green chilly
1.00 cup tomato
1.00 tbsp salt
1.00 tbsp red chilly powder
1.00 tbsp coriander powder

Get a bowl & take prepared egg dry burji den now you can serve with chapati.. its a very delicious & very good veggie. first take 2 egg in a bowl, & den chopped all veggies.[ onion, green chilly, & tomato]

2nd step is turn on heat & keep a kadai pan & add 2 spoon oil when oil heated den add chopped onion &green chilly, fry if for 5 to 10 mins
