Ingredients of Egg baji
STEP : 1
Ingredients : 1. 4 boiled egg, 2. Salt, 3. 2 onion chopped, 4. 3 green chilly chopped, 5.water, 6. Maida 7.a big bowl 8.whisk or spoon.
STEP : 2
Method: Cut each boiled egg into 3 pieces. Take a big bowl add all the 6 ingredients and mix well into a smooth paste. then add little water and loose the batter to the consistency of a dip.

Now take the 1 piece of the egg a dip it completely to the batter and cover it well. heat a pan add oil and wait it get hot.
STEP : 4
When it is hot place the dipped eggs into the oil continue this process. Cook in medium flame. wait for 2 minutes and turn it over and cook the other side till golden colour. Serve it hot with tea
