Ingredients of Egg and capsicum bhurji
Egg and capsicum bhurji

STEP : 1
Wash and cut capsicum into small pieces and keep aside. Take two eggs and keep aside.

STEP : 2
Cut tomato into small pieces and keep aside. Cut onion into small pieces and keep aside. Cut coriander into small pieces and keep aside.

STEP : 3
Take a pan. Heat oil in it. When oil heats add snauf to it and when it heats add cumin and when cumin starts to splutter add chopped onion and stir till golden brown. Now add cut capsicum and stir for a while.

STEP : 4
When capsicum lightly cooked add cut tomato into it. Stir well till tomato cooks and add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt to taste. Stir well and add eggs into it. Stir and cook till eggs cook well. Now egg capsicum bhurji is ready. Garnish with coriander and serve.
