We can serve this dish with chapatti or roti. We can use this as a side dish with daal rice also. This is very quick to make and very healthy and can have in the morning as breakfast with chapatti.

Ingredients of Egg and capsicum bhurji

2.00 no Eggs
1.00 no Capsicum medium
1.00 no Onion
1.00 no Tomato
0.25 tbsp Snauf
0.25 tbsp Jeera
0.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
1.00 tbsp oil
0.50 tbsp Salt
0.50 tbsp Chopped coriander
0.50 tbsp red chilly powder

Egg and capsicum bhurji

Wash and cut capsicum into small pieces and keep aside. Take two eggs and keep aside.

Cut tomato into small pieces and keep aside. Cut onion into small pieces and keep aside. Cut coriander into small pieces and keep aside.

Take a pan. Heat oil in it. When oil heats add snauf to it and when it heats add cumin and when cumin starts to splutter add chopped onion and stir till golden brown. Now add cut capsicum and stir for a while.
