This kofta looks so nice and mouth- watering. This Echorer also known as Jackfruit. I always loved to eat Jackfruit vegetable dishes but never tried this jackfruit kofta. I read this recipe and I will make it once surely. It takes some time but I think when we have to eat some delicious dish then we have to give time in cooking.
