- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 0.50 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
Echore Fried Preparation
- Take some echore, some besan, some ginger, cumin seeds, rosted masala powder, garam masala all those things bring together and keep aside.
- Take some echore and cut it and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe
- Take a presser cooker and add some water and echore pieces and boil it and keep aside.
- Stain the water from boiled echore and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.
