STEP : 1
At the first step clean the duck and cut into small pieces and then drain off the excess water .

then put the powders like chilly powder , coriander powder , garam masala , turmeric powder and salt , then mix everything .

then take a blender or mixer and put some ginger ,green chilly and garlic to it , then grind it well like a smooth paste .

Take a pressure cooker and keep on flame ,then put some oil to it and when its hot put the chopped onions

STEP : 5
then saute it well and keep on low flame ,then add some curry leaves to it stir it well and let it become translucent .

then crush some pepper along with the ginger garlic paste and then put this to the onion mix and stir it well .

then put the chopped tomato to it and saute it well and wait until all the water comes out of it .

then put the marinated duck pieces to it and mix every thing well ,add salt to it if needed . then close the cooker .

then let it cooked well for about eight to ten visils or more or until it gets cooked well , then open it .

now we can see the oil separated and its cooked already , then put some coriander leaves to it and cook for five more minutes .

then off the flame and serve it hot ,so transfer to the serving plate . enjoy with your loved ones .
