By the name itself its understood its a special curry which is famous in kerala and from kuttanad where we can see many home people are having ducks and they selling it both as live and also cooked . this dish we can make easily at home .

Ingredients of Duck curry

1.00 kg Duck
2.00 no Onion
1.00 no Tomato
0.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
0.75 tbsp Chilly powder
0.50 tbsp Coriander powder
0.25 tbsp Salt
0.50 tbsp Garam masala
1.00 tbsp Ginger
1.00 tbsp Garlic
0.50 tbsp Pepper
3.00 tbsp curry leaves
2.00 no green chilly
1.00 no coriander leaves

Duck curry

At the first step clean the duck and cut into small pieces and then drain off the excess water .

then put the powders like chilly powder , coriander powder , garam masala , turmeric powder and salt , then mix everything .

then take a blender or mixer and put some ginger ,green chilly and garlic to it , then grind it well like a smooth paste .

Take a pressure cooker and keep on flame ,then put some oil to it and when its hot put the chopped onions

then saute it well and keep on low flame ,then add some curry leaves to it stir it well and let it become translucent .

then crush some pepper along with the ginger garlic paste and then put this to the onion mix and stir it well .
