Dry fruits milkshake is a healthy, creamy and delicious milkshake. It is made with various dry fruits and nuts. It can de use as a after school drink not only for kids and toddlers but also for the grown ups. This shake provide a good amount of protein and calcium for the growing kids.

Ingredients of Dry fruit milkshake

3.00 tbsp pistas
3.00 tbsp almonds
3.00 tbsp cashews
3.00 no dried figs
3.00 no dates
0.50 tbsp elaichi power
2.50 cup milk

Add cashews, almonds and pista to a large bowl. I used about 16 almonds, 10 cashews and 3 tbsp pistas.

Drain the water.Peel and discard the almond skin then add all of them to the blender. Add the chopped dates. I used 3 large dates. Then add elaichi power at last add some amount of milk just enough to cover the nuts and fruits. Then blend it to a smooth puree.
