STEP : 1
Firstly take one bowl of wheat flour, Clean this Flour neatly ,means remove the things which is excess.

Now take a one Plate,In this take a 2 to 3 Dry Grapes, 3 to 4 - Cashew, 2 to 3 - Almond.

Now take a one small kadai , Make this heat in the medium flame, To this add 2 Spun of Ghee, Add 2 to 3 - Dry fruits , Add 3 to 4 - Cashew, Add 2 to 3 - Almond, And fry this for a 1 Minute.

After frying the dry fruits for a 5 minutes, Add all this in the jar for grinding.

After adding the fried dry fruits in a jar , Grind this as a powder for 5 minutes,In the time of grinding don't use water.

Now take a one Kadai ,make it heat in a medium flame, Add 2 spun of Ghee, Add 1/4 Cup of Wheat Flour.

After frying this Wheat Flour, Now Add Grinded dry fruits powder, And fry until it is become shallow red,as in the below image.

Now add 2 Cup of water slowly , And mix this in a clockwise, And cook this for a 10 minutes.

And Now add the Desi Ghee of 2 spun, Instantly by mixing the wheat and dry fruits mixer.

After mixed this fully , Now Switch of the stove , and close the plate of the kadai. Now serve the Desie Wheat Desert, Serve hotly.
