These are the simple ingredients required to make the Dry fruits barfi in the home.

First step you need to soak the dry anjeer, seedless dates, and kishmish in the water for half an hour.

Next step you need to take the grinder cup and add the dry fruits Almonds, cashew, pista, and walnuts and grind it.

While grinding you should not grind fully powder it should be some look like it has crushed as shown and remove it in the bowl.

Next you need to grind the above soaked dry fruits anjeer, kishmish and dates and grind it like a paste.

Next step you need to take the frying pan put it on the stove and heat it and add the Ghee in it as shown.

After heating the Ghee you need to add one table spoon of sesame seeds in the frying pan.

Next you need to add the crushed jaggery one table spoon in the frying pan and cook till jaggery melts.

When the jaggery gets melts you need to add the above ground dry fruits in the frying pan and cook for a few minutes.

In this step next you need to add the above soaked grinded dry fruits in the frying pan and mix it well and cook for a few minutes and switch off the stove

After switching off the stove you need to add the grated dry coconut in the frying pan and mix it Well.

After mixing all the ingredients you need to make the barfi with the hand by giving it any shape round, square or diamond and keep aside after making the barfi.
