STEP : 1
Heat oil in a pan, and add the garlic cloves and pieces of onion, sauté it for 5 8 minutes on a low flame. Transfer it to grinder for grinding it.
STEP : 2
Now in the paste of garlic cloves and onion add 2 tablespoon of red chili powder and 1 cup of curd and mix it well. Heat oil in a pan and add the prepared paste, turmeric powder and salt.
STEP : 3
Now add very small fishes to the prepared gravy and reduce the flame. Before adding the fishes wash at least 5 8 times. No need to cut the fish as it is already very small in size.
STEP : 4
Bring this whole thing to a good boil, cover the lid and low done the flame till oil floats on top. Reduce the gravy to make it dry.
STEP : 5
Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves. You can increase or decrease the species of this dish according to your taste.
