  • 1.00 cup curd
  • 1.00 nos onion
  • 8.00 nos garlic cloves
  • 2.00 tbsp red chili powder
  • 0.50 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 0.25 tbsp salt
  • 0.25 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2.00 tbsp oil

  • Heat oil in a pan, and add the garlic cloves and pieces of onion, sauté it for 5 – 8 minutes on a low flame. Transfer it to grinder for grinding it.

  • Now in the paste of garlic cloves and onion add 2 tablespoon of red chili powder and 1 cup of curd and mix it well. Heat oil in a pan and add the prepared paste, turmeric powder and salt.

  • Now add very small fishes to the prepared gravy and reduce the flame. Before adding the fishes wash at least 5 – 8 times. No need to cut the fish as it is already very small in size.

  • Bring this whole thing to a good boil, cover the lid and low done the flame till oil floats on top. Reduce the gravy to make it dry.
