STEP : 1
Take small sized brinjal and wash them very well and clean the skin very well so that they can be cooked.

Remove the stem of the brinjal and cut it into 2 halves along the length as shown in the image. Chop the onion and slit the green chili. Take a tomato to be chopped and added

Heat oil in a kadai and add the onion and green chili and fry them well till the onion is softened
STEP : 4
Add the chopped tomatoes to the kadai and fry them well till the tomato melts and mixes in the oil.

Add the brinjal pieces to the kadai, add the salt and mix them well and fry the brinjal in the oil
STEP : 6
After the brinjal is slightly softened add the mustard paste and the turmeric powder and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
STEP : 7
Add a cup of water to the kadai and cook till the water is dried and the brinjal is dried and then the dish is ready to be served with coriander garnishing.
