This is made using baby brinjals and the gravy is made in tomato base. It is sweet and hot at the same time and is served with or chapati. It is very easy to make and is an unique brinjal recipe.

Ingredients of Dry brinjal masala

10.00 no Brinjal
1.00 no Onion
1.00 no Tomato
2.00 no Chili
2.00 tbsp Mustard Paste
0.25 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Turmeric
5.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp Coriander Paste

Take small sized brinjal and wash them very well and clean the skin very well so that they can be cooked.
