Drumstick Sambar – Healthy And Spicy Drumstick Sambar Recipe At Home
Drumstick sambar is very delicious and spicy. This is a traditional south indian style amazing sambar. It is good for health. It is increase our protein and immunity power.
Ingredients

- 2.00 nos Onions
- 1.00 nos Ladies Finger
- 1.00 nos Brinjal
- 0.50 nos Radish
- 1.00 nos Tomato
- 1.00 nos Drumstick
- 1.00 tbsp Green Chilies
- 1.00 nos Sweet Potato
- 1.00 tbsp Red Chilies
- 1.00 tbsp Garlic’s
- 1.00 tbsp Black Gram
- 1.00 tbsp Jeera
- 1.00 tbsp Mustered Seeds
- 1.00 cup Tamarind Juice
- 1.00 cup Tur Dal
- 8.00 nos Curry leaves
- 2.00 nos Coriander Leaves
- 1.00 tbsp Dhaniya Powder
- 1.00 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Drumstick Sambar
- First of all take the bowl and take the tamarind and add the water and prepare the tamarind juice and keep aside.
- now take the dal and add the water in them and keep that bowl on the stove and start cooking.
- now cook that well for 20 minutes so that the dal does become smoother and then add water and keep aside.
- now take the all vegetables in the plate and cut them in to pieces as shown in the image and keep them aside.
- now take the bowl and add the vegetables in the bowl and add the water and start cooking the vegetables.
- after the vegetables cooked properly take the prepared dal mixture and add that in the vegetables bowl and mix well.
- now take the one full cup of the tamarind juice and add that in the dal and vegetables content as shown in the image.
- now take the turmeric powder and add one tbsp of the turmeric powder as shown in the image and stir well.
- now take the red chilly powder and add the one tbsp of the redc hilly powder in the boiled rasam.
- now add the salt for taste and mix well and then add dhaniya powder and boil until the bubbles comes out as shown in the image.
- now switch off the stove and take the plate and take the ingredients required for the thalimpu like mustered seeds red chilies etc.
- now take the small bowl and add the oil as shown in the image for the frying of the ingredients and preheat the oil.
- now take the ingredients one by one as shown in the image and add them in the preheated oil.
- now fry them well in the oil in slow flame until they fry like a golden color and good aroma comes out.
- now take the boiled sambar with the vegetables and add that in the fried ingredients as shown in the image and stir well.
- now take the serving bowl and serve the tasty and delicious vegetable sambar in the bowl and garnish with the coriander.
