Ingredients of Drumstick leaves curry
Drumstick leaves curry

STEP : 1
Firstly we have to seperate the drumstick leaves from the stick carefully , then we have to wash this water fully .

Other side we have to grated the coconut of 1 cup , and cut the onion as in under , and keep the curry leaves , and take 3 to 4 garlic and keep aside .

Firstly take a one jar in this add 3/4 cup of grated coconut .

STEP : 4
Now add 3 to 4 Garlic to the jar as i shown in the below image .

Now add 1 table spun of red chilly flaxes , to the jar you can add more if you want spicy .

Now add 1/2 table spun of turmeric powder to the jar , it is good for digestion also .

Now add 1 small size of onion to the jar , it is also main ingredient .

Now lastly add 1/4 cup of water to the jar , as in the below image . Don't add more than this .

After grinding the masala it is exactly looks as in under , don't grind as a fully paste type .

Now take a one pan , make it heat in a middle flame .

Now add 1 to 2 table spun of Oil to the pan , don't add more oil .

After the oil become heat add 1/4 spun of mustard seeds to the pan .

After adding the mustard seeds , now add curry leaves to the pan .

Now add the one chopped big onion to the pan as i shown in the below image .

After adding the onion , fry the onion until it is turn to shallow brown .

Now add the grind masala to the pan ,which we prepared in the above , and fry for 2 minutes.

After frying the masala , now add 1 cup of water to the pan .

After adding the masala , now add the 1 table spun of salt , or add according to your taste .

Now add 1/2 table spun of Reed chilly powder to the pan , it is optional .

Now add 1 table spun of garam masala , to the pan , it gives the different taste .

After adding the masala and all powders mix it well for twice , and cook for 5 minutes .

Now add the 2 cup of Drumstick leaves to the pan , as i shown in the below image . add cook as the same for 5 minutes .

After 5 minutes , mix it well as in the below image , sprinkle some water after mixing .

After that close the pan and cook for 5 minutes in a medium flame .

Now serve the healthy and tasty Drumstick leaves Sabji is ready to serve , Serve this with Roti , It contents Iron so it is good for health also .
