STEP : 1
Firstly take a one pan make it heat in a low medium flame .

After that the pan is little bit heat , now add 1 table spun of ghee .

Now add 10 to 15 curry leaves to the pan as shown in the below image .

Now add 2 red chilly to the pan , you can increase if you want more spicy .

Now add one Baydgi Red chilly , it gives the good color to the podi .

Now add 1 table spun of - Urad dall to the pan.

Then now add 1 table spun - Bengal gram to the pan . .

Now add 2 table spun of Ground nut to the pan , as in below image .

To this now add 1/4 table spun of , fenugreek seeds to the pan .

After adding all the ingredients to the pan , fry this in a low medium flame for 5 minutes .

After frying for for 5 minutes , all the ingredients looks as in below image .

Now take a one jar , to this add fried ingredients . Don't add water for grinding .

After grinding all the ingredients , it looks as in the below image .

Now add 1/2 table spun of turmeric powder to the jar , as in below image .

Now add one small pinch of Asafoetida to the jar , as in the below image .

Now add 1 table spun of salt to the jar , or add according to your taste . And mix it well .

For making this dish , we have to prepare the rice and make it cool .

Take a one pan to this add 1 table spun of Ghee and make it heat in a low flame .

Now add 1 - cup of drumstick leaves to the pan , and fry .

Now add 1 or 2 green chilly , slice the green chilly and add to the pan .

Now add 1 table spun of cumin seeds , to the pan as in below image .

After adding all the ingredients to the pan , fry this in a medium flame for 5 minutes .

Now add Rice to the pan , which we prepared in the earlier .

Now add the salt to the pan , as according to the taste .

Now mix the rice slowly in a low medium flame , it have to mix it well .

Now add the powder , which we prepared in the above . Add 2 to 3 table spun to the pan .

After adding the podi powder , mix it well , After mixing it looks as in below image .

After mixing cover the pan for 2 minutes , and cook in a low flame . And switch off the flame .

Now serve the Healthy and tasty , Drumstick leaves Tempered Rice . It is perfect breakfast recipe .
