Tempered rice is very spicy dish , we can also make the tempered rice with drumstick leaves it is also too good in the way of health and also in a taste , we can make this easily in a less time .

Ingredients of Drumstick leaf tempered rice

2.00 tbsp Ghee
1.00 tbsp Drumstick leaves
1.00 tbsp Cuminseeds
2.00 no Green chilly
1.25 cup Rice
2.00 no Garlic

Drumstick leaf tempered rice

Firstly take a one pan make it heat in a low medium flame .

STEP : 1

After that the pan is little bit heat , now add 1 table spun of ghee .

Now add 10 to 15 curry leaves to the pan as shown in the below image .

Now add 2 red chilly to the pan , you can increase if you want more spicy .

Now add one Baydgi Red chilly , it gives the good color to the podi .

Now add 1 table spun of - Urad dall to the pan.

Now add 2 table spun of Ground nut to the pan , as in below image .

To this now add 1/4 table spun of , fenugreek seeds to the pan .

After adding all the ingredients to the pan , fry this in a low medium flame for 5 minutes .

Now take a one jar , to this add fried ingredients .  Don't add water for grinding .

Now add 1/2 table spun of turmeric powder to the jar , as in below image .

For making this dish , we have to prepare the rice and make it cool .

Now add Rice to the pan , which we prepared in the earlier .

Now mix the rice slowly in a low medium flame , it have to mix it well .

After mixing cover the pan for 2 minutes , and cook in a low flame .  And switch off the flame .
