Bangalore Dhonne Briyani is A very famous restaurant recipe,which can be served in a small bowl which is known as Dhonne It has simple spices and Ingredients where the marinated chicken gives a different flavor and Taste for this recipe.I have tasted once and want to know the secret of that recipe and i have tried it,Really its awesome.Try it too.

Ingredients of Donne biryani

1.00 cup Seeraga Samba Rice
1.00 cup Chicken Meat
2.00 tbsp Curd
0.50 cup Mint Leaves
0.50 cup Coriander Leaves
6.00 no Green Chilies
2.00 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3.00 no Onion
0.75 tbsp Salt
3.00 tbsp Oil
2.00 no Cloves
2.00 no Cardamon sticks
1.00 no Bayl eaf

Donne biryani

Take a mixing bowl add one cup of well washed chicken slices and add two table spoon of curd,Mix well and keep under marination process at least for twenty minutes till the curd well sucked by the chicken and gets soft,

At this mean while take a mixer jar add 1/2 a cup of coriander leaves and half a cup of mint leaves and six green chilies with them and grind it as fine paste,

When they well saute now add the green masala paste which is the mixture paste of mint,coriander and green chilly,mix well for few seconds,

After few minutes add already marinated chicken and curd mixture and mix them well for few seconds,till the green chilly paste are well coated to that marinated chicken,

Close the lid and bring then to boil for few minutes till the rice was 90 percent done now squeeze out some lemon juice over them,mix well and keep under dum process,(nothing but place a tawa on the medium flame and place the rice pot and put a bowl full of water over the lid of rice pot)cook them for twenty minutes,and serve hot.

Close the lid and bring then to boil for few minutes till the rice was 90 percent done now squeeze out some lemon juice over them,mix well and keep under dum process,(nothing but place a tawa on the medium flame and place the rice pot and put a bowl full of water over the lid of rice pot)cook them for twenty minutes,and serve hot.

I loved this recipe very much.. my mom made this Yesterday for lunch..it was really tasty and delicious.. rice was very aromatic and flavoursome ..we add an exta spoon of ghee and fried onions, it enhanced the taste of biriyani more.. every one really liked it and my mom got lots of appreciation she was very happy because it was her first try.. thank you so much for this yummy recipe.
