STEP : 1
Bring tindooras of 1 cup clean them up and cut them into the small pieces which is very easy to cook.

Take a pan add 4 table spoons of oil to the pan and made the oil heat for some time in a low flame.

After heating of the oil add cumin of 1/2 table spoon and mustard seeds of 1/2 table spoon to the oil and made them to fry.

Add 1 cup of tindoora pieces to the oil mix well and also add 1/2 table spoon of turmeric powder to the pieces.

Mix well and put a lid on the pan and keep the stove in a medium flame and allow the pieces to cook for some time.

After some time open the lid add curry leafs of 1/2 table spoon to it mix well and again close the pan with a lid

When the tindoor pieces are cooked open the lid add 1/2 table spoon of salt to the pieces and mix well.

Add 3/4 table spoon of ginger paste and 1/2 table spoon of geren chilies to the pieces and mix well leave it to cook.

Now add 1/2 cup of boiled mix to the cooked pieces mix well and made it to fry without the lid in a high flame.

Before put off the stove add 1/2 table spoon of red chili powder to the curry mix well and take into the serving bowl ,and garnish with coriander leafs.
