Ingredients of Dhingri mushroom
STEP : 1
Take all the button mushrooms and wash them very well under running water to clean it thoroughly and then set it aside.

Chop the onion and tomato and green chili. - Chop the mushroom into thick slices. - Grate the paneer well - Make a paste of the ginger and garlic.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the cumin seeds to the same and let it fry till the cumin turns brown in color.

Add the onion, ginger and garlic paste and the green chili. Add some salt and the red chili powder and deep fry them well.
STEP : 5
To the mixture above add the chopped tomatoes and fry them till it softens. Add the mushrooms that were chopped and fry them well.
STEP : 6
Fry the mixture well for 3-4 minutes till they mix uniformly and the mushroom softens and a uniform consistency is reached.
STEP : 7
To the mixture above add the grated paneer and fry them well and mix it thoroughly with the mushroom and cook for 2-3 minutes.
