STEP : 1
Wash the chicken very well under running water and marinate with salt, turmeric and yogurt and keep it aside for 3-4 hours.

Chop the coriander leaves, peel the garlic and set aside the green chili so that the pastes can be prepared from them.

Make a paste of the coriander leaves and green chili and a paste from the peeled off garlic and keep them in separate bowls.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the garlic paste once the oil is hot and deep fry it till it turns golden brown.

Add the coriander paste to the fried garlic paste and mix it well. Add a pinch of salt. Stir and cook for a minute or two

To the mixture above add the marinated chicken pieces and mix it well. Cook it under simmer by covering with a lid till the chicken is tender and well blended with the coriander leaves.
