This is a chicken item prepared with just 2 ingredients namely coriander leaves paste and a huge amount of garlic paste. This is slow cooked in simmer without giving any additional water. It is a completely dry dish and can be had as an appetizer than a main course with roti.

0.50 kg Chicken
2.00 cup Coriander Leaves
1.00 no Garlic
6.00 no Chili
0.50 cup Yogurt
0.50 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Turmeric
4.00 tbsp Oil

Wash the chicken very well under running water and marinate with salt, turmeric and yogurt and keep it aside for 3-4 hours.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the garlic paste once the oil is hot and deep fry it till it turns golden brown.
