Ingredients of Dhaniya gobi
STEP : 1
Take the cauliflower, wash it and peel of the stem and leaves and cut it into small sized florets s shown in the image.

Make a very fine paste of all the coriander leaves and take the green chili and wash them so that the paste can be prepared.

Remove the stem of the green chilies and wash them and clean them and put it in the mixture machine to make a paste.

Once the paste is made set aside the green chili in a bowl so that it can be used for cooking the gravy.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the cauliflower florets and add the salt and fry them well so that the cauliflower is brownish in color.

Add the tomato the kadai and fry it well with the cauliflower so that the tomato melts and blends well with the cauliflower.

Add the green chili paste to the kadai, fry it with the cauliflower and mix all the contents very well. Cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add the coriander paste to the kadai and continue to cook in low simmer so that the cauliflower gets well blended and softened.

Cook till the cauliflower is soft and tender and mix all the contents very well and make sure that all the water content is dried up.

Pour the contents in a bowl ready to be served with plain white rice and boiled masoor dal topped with onion and green chili and fresh mustard oil.
