Ingredients of Dates chutney
STEP : 1
Take the tomatoes and wash them very well. Wash and clean the dates very well. Take the mango bar which would be cut into small pieces.

Cut the mango bar into small pieces and put the dates and the tomato into the pressure cooker with a little water for boiling.
STEP : 3
Once it is boiled and the pressure is cooled then take out the contents from the cooker and put it in a bowl, the mango bar melts and the tomato softens.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the mustard seeds and the red chili and fry them well till the mustard turns darker.
STEP : 5
Pour the boiled contents of tomato, dates, mango bar into the kadai, add some salt and then add the sugar. Add the raisins and boil till a uniform thickness is reached and then it can be cooled and served as a dessert after the meal.
