It is a sweet dish made up of three easily available ingredients in home.One of the best recipes to improve weight gain in babies from eight month and more.Ghee,carrot and date syrup are the required ingredient.

Take a carrot wash it thoroughly.Peel its skin and cut its top and bottom portion.

Turn on the stove and udjust the flame to medium.Place a pan allow it to heat.Now add ghee and heat it ;then add greated carrot to pan.
