In a big bowl take a fresh rajdhani Maida and it should be properly sieve so that there should be no lumps in it.

Add baking soda in the bowl so that it makes the dark chocolate brownie more spongy and mix them well together.

Add Dutch processed cocoa powder. Now add coffee powder in the mixture for good taste . And then mix them well.

Put walnuts into the above mixture for crunchiness. You can also use almonds instead of walnuts.

Add castor sugar for the sweetness, it should be properly sieves. You may increase or decrease the quantity of sugar according to the taste.

Put vanilla essence for good taste in the mixture and then add fresh refined oil.

Now add curd for the fluffiness. At last add milk according to the consistency to make a smooth batter.

Mix them properly with the help of whisk so that there should be no lumps in the batter and it can be easily pour into the baking mould.

Now grease the baking mould with oil Maida so that the batter do not stick around the walls of the mould.

Pour the batter in the greased baking mould. Side by side preheat the oven at 180 degree for 5 minutes. Then keep the mould in the oven for 35-40 minutes at same temperature.

After 35 minutes firstly check with knife whether the brownie is baked well or not. If it sticks to the knife then baked it for more 5 minutes .

After 5 minutes if it baked well then take it out from the oven and allow it to cool down for few minutes.

When it get cool down then demould the baking mould carefully on the plate. You may also remove the top hard layer with knife to get a proper soft and spongy layer.

Now cut the Dark chocolate brownie into 9 equal pieces. Place a piece in a serving platter and then served it with chilled vanilla ice cream and drizzle a chocolate sauce on it.
