North Indian Style Tasty Breakfast Preparation Of Dalia Upma
A wheat dalia upma is a best breakfast for your housemates. This is healthy dish for everyone. Mostly all age group of people eaten this recipe. Quick and easy to make this dish.
Ingredients
Dalia Upma
- 1.00 cup dalia
- 0.50 cup tomatoes
- 0.75 tbsp salt
- 0.75 tbsp green chilies
- 3.00 cup water
- 4.00 tbsp oil
- 0.50 tbsp cumin
- 0.50 tbsp mustard seeds
- 0.50 tbsp butter
Instructions
Dalia Upma
- Take the dalia of one cup and check there is any impurities in it or not by taking it on the paper.
- Take one pan and boil the 3 to 4 cups of water until it forms a bubbles on the top after that put of the stove.
- Now take the one tomato and 1/2 table spoon green chilies cut them in to the required pieces for the preparation of upma.
- Take one pan add oil of 4 to 5 table spoons to it and made it heat for some time in a low flame.
- Add cumin of 1/2 table spoon to it and also add mustard seeds of 1/2 table spoon to it after the oil is heated and made them to fry.
- Add the tomato and green chilies in to the oil and made them to cook in a low flame until the pieces turns soft.
- After they are cooked add boiled water of 2 to 3 cups in to the pan and again made it to boil for some time.
- After that add salt of 1/2 table spoon to it mix well until the salt dissolves in the water and made them to boil.
- Now add the dalia in a required manner in to the water by stirring it with a spoon in order to form any lumps,and made it to cook .
- Once the dalia is cooked add butter to it mix well put off the stove and take in to the serving bowl.
