This can be done with the wheat that is broken and we called it as dalia,with this we can made such a great breakfast with the combination of tomatoes nd green chilies also the ghee must be used in making this upma.

Ingredients of Dalia upma

1.00 cup dalia
0.50 cup tomatoes
0.75 tbsp salt
0.75 tbsp green chilies
3.00 cup water
4.00 tbsp oil
0.50 tbsp cumin
0.50 tbsp mustard seeds
0.50 tbsp butter

Take the dalia of one cup and check there is any impurities in it or not by taking it on the paper.
