Ingredients
Dal Vada
- 1.00 cup urad Daal
- 1.00 cup tuard Daal
- 1.00 cup masurd daal
- 0.25 kg onion
- 5.00 nos red chili
- 4.00 tbsp green dhaniya
- 10.00 nos lasun
- 10.00 nos green chili
- 3.00 tbsp salt
- 3.00 tbsp khara dhaniya
- 1.00 liter oil
Instructions
Dal Vada
- fir we take the urad daal, masur daal and tuar daal in equal amount and mix it in a bowl proeprly.
- after mixing the daal we deep it in the water for few time. after that we take the onions and cut the onions in very small size.
- Now we take the all other ingredients that we mix in the mix daal ka bada in a bowl in proepr amount.
- Now we take the mixture and first take in it green chili and khara dhaniya and lasun and mix it properly.
- After mixing this we mix them the mix daal which is deep in the water after drop out the mix daal from water and mix it in the mixture.
- Now we mix them all the ingredients properly in this mixture and also we mix in it salt according to the test.
- Now finally when bada color is going to the change into the brown in oil then we drop out it from the oil and mix daal ka bada is ready to the serve now. we serve is with different chutney.
