Ingredients of Dal saag
STEP : 1
Today made village special dish Daal Saag so first taken its ingredients is 400 gram of spinach , Bathuwa , Mustard seeds , cumin seeds , cornflour , black gram lentil , garlic and red chili , turmeric powder , and salt .

Now first taken a pressure cooker and some water and heated for this water for 1 minute .

Now next add a spinach and leaves and add a turmeric powder and salt .

Now mix well for both items and boiled for these leaves of mustard seeds and spinach and pressure cooker closed for few minutes .

Now open the pressure cooker and add a lentil and add a paste of red chili and garlic and mix well for all .

Now Cooked for Lentil and spinach so next prepare the cornflour ready with water .

Now cornflour paste is ready so this paste is mix from this Spinach and lentil .

Now prepare for oil so let's taken a pan and put some oil and add a red chili , cumin seeds and garlic roasted now .

Now garlic , red chili , or cumin seeds are ready with this oil so this is also be add into this Lentil and mix well and cooked for 10 minutes and than it is tasty or delicious Spinach and lentil or mustard seeds recipe is ready now .
