  • 2.25 cup Chane ki dal
  • 4.25 cup Rice
  • 1.25 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1.25 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1.25 tbsp Salt
  • 2.25 cup Curd
  • 3.00 nos Lemon
  • 3.00 nos Onions
  • 1.25 tbsp Mint leaves
  • 1.25 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1.00 tbsp Orange colour
  • 1.50 cup Oil
  • 5.00 nos Green chillies
  • 2.25 tbsp Cardamoms
  • 1.25 tbsp Cloves
  • 0.25 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1.25 tbsp Caraway seeds

  • First step you need to take the pressure cooker and put the chane ki dal (Bengal gram) in it and Wash it with one water

  • After Washing the chane ki dal add one big glass of water in the pressure cooker

  • After pouring the water, now you need to keep the lid of the pressure cooker and put it on the stove till 4 to 5 whistles
