STEP : 1
First take 1 bunch of paalak leaves or soppu. cut it medium and put it in one cooker or bowl. wash it thoroughly until go small particles of mud and dust. don't add mixed leaves.

Take dall ( Avare bele ) and put it in one bowl to wash. and add some water to that and wash it properly.after wash keep it a side.

Take 3 onion and chap it to small pieces. one and half is for grinding purpose and another one half for frying. in this manner you use the onion it will give good taste

Take one big single of tomato for grinding and wash it properly and keep it separately

Take Two garlic and clean it properly and garlic is using for main purpose for tasty, garlic will give you goo fragrance and taste as well.

take 1/2 cup of coconut for grinding purpose and grinded cocunut oil and coconut will give good taste for samabr.

Put the washed paalak leaves and dall in to a cooker and put some amount of water for boiling purpose and make it 3 visual in cooker.

after keep in to boil. mean time put all grinding ingredients Sambar powder,Coconut, Onion , Tomato,Jeerge,Sasive, etc,to mixer jar and grind thoroughly

After grind the ingredients take some amount of boiled paalak leave and Dall mixe and put in to Mixer Jar and grind it again thoroughly.

Take anther one pan and fry curry leaves and jeerge and saasive and onion.fry it properly until onion turned in to brownish color as well.

After fry , add the grinded mixture in to the pan and boil it 2 min and mix it as well and fry and grinded item should be mix as well.

And take boiled paalak leaves and Dall and add in to the pan which we fried mixture and curry leaver and mix it thoroughly

Once completely add the baked paalak leaves leave it for 30-40 min to boil as well and ad some salt as per the taste close the plate top of the pan and boil well.

After boiled of 30-40 min Paalak Mosappu samabaru is ready to eat and u should use to eat with raagi ball it is very good combination for this samabru and this sambar is very good taste and good for health.
