Dal Preparation

STEP : 1
Turn on the,flame place a pressure cooker and add a cup of soaked toor dal with two cups of water and leave it 3 to 4 whistles.

STEP : 2
Turn on the flame,place a pan or tawa ,add two to three tablespoon of oil,cumin seeds,red chillies.

STEP : 3
Add a cup of onions and let the onions saute till it turns nice color.

STEP : 4
Add a cup of tomatoes and let the tomatoes turns light mashy and soft texture.

Add few curry leaves and mix it ,let the curry turns cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

After 3 to 4 whistles,when the pressure calms down completely ,open the lid and pour it.

Add some finely chopped coriander leaves in a dal and mix it and let it boil for few seconds.

Add a tablespoon of garam masala or dhania powder and mix it,let it cook for few minutes.

Now the sindhi dal cooked completely,turn off the flame and leave it to cool ,transfer it in a separate bowl.
Flour Preparation

Take a separate vessel or mixing bowl,add one cup of all purpose flour and wheat flour in it.

STEP : 2
Add half cup of suji or rava along with the mixed flour for more crisp.

STEP : 3
Add a pinch of cumin seeds,ajwain, black pepper powder for more spiciness and mix it.

STEP : 4
Add a little bit oil too make a soft dough ,you can add a tablespoon of ghee for good smell and taste.

Gradually add water little by little ,now knead the flour thoroughly to make a smooth dough.

Take a dough and divide the dough into two small balls to prepare a flattened roll.

Dust some flour on the flat surface ,take a ball and make a round shape flattened roll evenly.

Turn on the flame,place a pan or tawa ,add required amount of oil and let it heat.

STEP : 9
Now press the flattened roll with fork spoon or tooth pick to make it crisp.

Drop the roll one by one ,let it fry for few seconds then flip it.

STEP : 11
When it turns golden brown strain the excess oil then serve it with hot sindhi dal.
