An South Indian Style Healthy And Tasty Dal Makhani Dish For Lunch
Dal makhani is a yummy and delicious. This is a famous south indian style lunch recipe. It is a good combination of chapati. It is very simple and easily prepared at homemade.
Ingredients
Dal Makhani
- 1.00 cup Chana dal
- 0.50 cup green moong dal
- 0.50 cup urad dal
- 4.00 tbsp black rajma
- 0.50 cup phool makhana
- 4.00 cup water
- 1.00 cup onion
- 1.00 tbsp green chilly
- 2.00 tbsp ginger
- 1.00 tbsp garlic
- 1.00 cup tomato
- 2.00 tbsp lemon juice
- 2.00 tbsp ghee
- 1.00 tbsp salt
- 1.00 tbsp red chilly powder
- 1.00 tbsp coriander powder
- 2.00 tbsp butter
Instructions
Dal Makhani
- I created first served image dal with mix butter & chapati.first step is all mix dal [ chana dal, green moong dal, & urad dal,black rajma 5 to 6, ] wash it & soaked it for overnight 6 to 7 hours.
- 2nd step is in pressure cooker take 4 cup of water & take also soaked all mix dal with rajma boil it until 3 whistle came, after that completely prepared dal get a bowl den keep a side.
- 3rd step is chopped all veggies[ onion, green chilly, & tomato, ] & crushed ginger & garlic very nicely, its a very spicy dal makhani.
- 4th step is add 3 spoon ghee after that oil hot den fried phool makhana very nicely, phool makhana used in this mix dal makhana that’s why taste is very good.
- 5th step is take fried phool makhana in a bowl & whisk it very nicely, its a very important ingredient in dal makhani.
- 6th step is in separate cooker already taken ghee den add crushed ginger garlic fry it for 2 to 3 mins.
- 7th step is add chopped onion with green chilly fry it 5 mins, den add chopped tomato mix it well & cook it for 5 mins.
- 8th step is after completely cooked ginger & garlic, onion & tomato den add whisked phool makhana & add also salt, turmeric powder, &red chilly powder. & add also lemon juice mix it well &cook it for 5 mins.
- 9th step is after completely cooked all ingredients den add boiled mix dal stir it well, look it this pic its dal looking very nice.
- 10th step & final step after completely added all ingridients den add 1/2 cup of water &stir it well &cover it up the pressure cooker & cook it until came 1 whistle. then turn off the heat . almost done spicy butter mix dal makhani, you can serve this spicy mix dal makhani with butter & salads, chapati, thanks a lot. hopefully you will like this dal makhani, its a very spicy & delicious recipe.
