Dal is a very good nutrition food,but kids are not having this every time, so we can make the little bit spicy and tasty Kebabs. It is a taste really good.
Ingredients
Dal Preparation
- 1.00 cup Toor Dal
- 1.00 cup water
- 0.25 tbsp salt
- 1.00 nos Onion
- 2.00 nos Garlic
- 6.00 nos Curry leaves
Masal preparation
- 1.00 tbsp Fennel seeds
- 1.00 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 4.00 nos Red Chilly
- 0.50 nos Cinnamon Stick
- 2.00 nos Clove
- 1.00 nos Cardamom
- 1.00 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 3.00 nos Badam
- 3.00 nos Cashew
- 3.00 nos Green Chilly
- 2.00 nos Bread slices
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 1.00 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 3.00 nos Pudina Leaves
- 3.00 tbsp Besan
- 0.50 liter Oil
Instructions
Dal Preparation
- For making this Veg Dall Kabiba , we can take any kind of dall . First clean it fully .
- Wash this in a water fully , Then add 1 cup of water and sock for 1/2 an hour .
- Now take a one cooker and poor the socked Dall in to the cooker .
- Now add 1/2 pinch of salt to this cooker , as in below image .
- Now add 1/2 pinch of turmeric powder to the cooker , it also good for health .
- After adding all the ingredients , now closed the cooker and make it 2 whistle from this .
- After make it 2 whistle , make it cool down and open the cooker now .
- Now take a one jar in this add cooked dall , as in below image .
- Now add 1 Onion to the jar , add middle size of onion for this .
- Add 2 garlic clove to this , don’t add more than that to the jar .
- After that add 1/2 pinch of Garlic to the jar , remove the outer layer from this .
- Now add 3 to 4 fresh Curry leaves to the jar , as in below image .
- Now add 2 table spun of water to the jar , if more water in the dall so add 1 table spun of water only .
- After grinding all the ingredients it looks like a paste as in below image .
- Now take a one bowel in this pour the grind the mixer as in below image .
- Now add the masala ingredients to the bowel , which we prepared in the above .
- Now take 2 to 3 pudina leaves and chopped as small , and add to the bowel .
- Now add 1/4 cup of coriander leaves , which is finely chopped as in below image .
- Now add 1 table spun of salt to this avoid the quantity if you add so much in the time of cooking the dall .
- Now add 2 to 3 table spun of Besan to the bowel it helps for binding purpose .
- After mixing all the ingredients , it looks as in the below image .
- Now take a one charcoal , and make it heat in a low medium flame for 10 minutes .
- Now put the charcoal in the bowel , as in the below image .
- After putting the charcoal , spread the 1/2 table spun of ghee , as in the below image . And closed the bowel for 15 minutes .
- And make the bullet shape size , as in the below image . .
- Now take a one pan , in this add 2 bread slices and make it roast in a low flame .
- Now take a one jar and cut the bread as in the below image .
- Blend the bread , after that it looks as in below image , Now bread crumb is ready .
- After making the bulet size shape , roll that in a bread crumbs as in below image .
- Keep the roll in a plate as in the below image , to fry this .
- Now take a one pan , add 1/2 litter of oil to this and make it heat in a medium flame .
- After heat the oil , now add the bluet one by one as in the below image .
- Now fry all the ingredients in a low medium flame for 5 minutes .
- After frying the ingredients in a golden brown , remove from the oil .
- Now serve the Veg Dall Kabebas , serve the crispy and spicy Kabebas . Serve this with the Tomato Sauce .
Masal Preparation
- Now take a one pan make it heat in the low flame , then add 1 table spun of Fennel seeds to this .
- Now add 1 table spun of Cumin seeds to this pan , as in below image .
- Now add 2 to 3 Red chilly to the pan , you can add more chilly if you want spicy .
- Now add 1/2 pinch of Cinnamon to the pan , it gives a good aroma .
- Now add 2 to 3 cloves to the pan as in the below image .
- Now add 1 Cardamom to the pan , you can also use Black Cardamom .
- Now add 1 and 1/2 table spun of Coriander seeds to the pan .
- Now add 2 to 3 Badam to the Pan , it gives a good taste to the dish .
- After that add the 2 to 3 Cashew to the pan , it gives the good taste also .
- After adding all the ingredients , fry this well in a low medium flame for 5 minutes .
- After frying all the ingredients after it cool down for a minute while , take a one jar put ingredients in a jar .
- Now blend all the ingredients as a fine powder as in below image .
