  • 0.50 cup Moong Dal
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 0.50 cup Sugar
  • 1.00 nos Cardamom
  • 5.00 tbsp Ghee

  • Soak moong dal overnight ( soak for 4-5 hours) .

  • Pressure cook the soaked moong dal for 2-3 whistles. Drain the excess water and mash it well.

  • Heat 5 tablespoon of ghee in a pan.

  • After adding the mashed moong dal, keep on stirring, the content starts stick onto the bottom. Cook in slow flame for 5-10 minutes.
