Ingredients of Dal curry
STEP : 1
At the first step put one cup of clean dal in a pressure cooker , and meanwhile take a blender or mixer,

And put grated coconut , turmeric powder , green chilly , curry leaves and cumin seeds to it ,then grind it well.
STEP : 3
we need a very smooth paste of the coconut mix ,so we can add little water while grinding, then pour this grind mix to the dal.

Then mix it well and add some water to it, then pour some salt and keep this on flame , no need to add oil now,
STEP : 5
Mean while heat a kadai or pan and pour some oil to it, when its hot add mustard and when it splutters add the shallots, curry leaves ,dried red chilly and saute it well. when its nicely fried off the flame.

Mean while check whether our dal is cooked or not , it will take about two to three visile to get cooked.

when it is done , taste it and add salt if needed, then add the fried mix of shallots to it.

Mix it well and our dish of dal is ready to serve , transfer it to the serving plate and take it along with rice or chappathi .
