STEP : 1
These are the 13 ingredients required to make the mash ki dal ke dahi Wade

First you need to soak the mash ki dal for minimum 4 hours or more, then you can start making the dish

Next you need to grind the mash ki dal take the grinder cup and put the soaked mash ki dal in it for further process

Next put the salt as per the taste in the mash ki dal for further process

Next put the half table spoon of red chilli powder in the mash ki dal for further process .

Next put the half table spoon of turmeric powder in the mash ki dal for further process

After heating the oil take the above made mixture of maash ki dal and keep like a wada in the frying pan to deep fry it with the help of hand put the 5 to 6 wada at one time to deep fry it

If the wadas are hard to touch then you need to take some normal water in the bowl and add half table spoon of salt in it
