Dahi Vada Recipe – A North Indian Style Dahi Vada Recipe For Kids
For Vada Ingredients
- 1.00 cup Chana dal
- 1.00 cup Water
- 1.00 cup Oil
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
For Curd preparation
- 1.00 cup Curd
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 0.25 tbsp Onion
- 3.00 nos Red chili
- 0.50 tbsp Black gram
- 4.00 nos Curry leaves
- 1.00 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1.00 tbsp Mustered seeds
For vada preparation
- First of all take the bowl and soak the black gram in the bowl and wash well and add them in the mix jar.
- Now take the water and little water in them and grind like a fine paste and take that in to a bowl and keep aside.
- Now take the salt and sufficient salt for taste and mix well,then take the pan and add the oil for deep fry.
- Now take the prepared batter and prepare like a wada with the help of hand and keep a small hole in middle.
- Now add the prepared wada in the preheated oil and prepare all the wada.
- Now fry them well in the high flame until the wada fry like light golden color and take them aside.
Preparation for dahi vada
- Now take the another bowl and take the curd and add that in the wide bowl and add the slat for the taste.
- Now take the pan and add the oil and fry the onions and the red chilies and the chana dal and then black gram and fry well.
- Now take the turmeric powder and add the one tbsp of the turmeric powder in the fried items and mix well.
- Now add the all fried ingredients in the curd and mix all of them well once untill they mix well.
- Now take the fried wada in the oil and then add them in the curd and mix well and then keep aside.
- Now mix all the wada in the curd once well and shuffle them once up and down so that the curd absorbed by the wada.
- Now take the serving bowl and serve the tasty and delicious soft soft dahi wada in the plate that it tasty dahi wada ready.
