This is a white gravy preparation of white mushroom. It is very easy to make and very tasty. It is served best with roti or paratha. It is prepared in the south Indian style in with curry leaves and asafoetida seasoning. It is sweet, hot and tangy.

Ingredients of Dahi mushroom masala
