Ingredients of Dahi curry
STEP : 1
Take 2 cups of yogurt or curd, cut 2 green chilies, cut œ inch ginger into small pieces, cut 1 onion into small cubes, cut curry leaves and coriander leaves into small pieces and keep aside.

Heat a non-stick pan on low flame, add 1 table spoon oil, add mustard seeds, green chilly, curry leaves, onion, little salt and little turmeric powder and stir well for 2 minutes.
STEP : 3
Now remove from the gas and allow it to cool for 2 minutes. Now add the yogurt and mix well. Add little water and adjust the consistency. The gravy should be thick.
STEP : 4
Pour the Chapati Dahi curry to a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves. It can be served with white rice.
