STEP : 1
Take a cup of poha. an onion and cut it very small. take half lemon and squeeze the juice. finely chopped coriander leaves and salt as per taste.

now take a pan and heat it. pour the poha and roast poha on a low flame until it become crispy.

after the poha are roasted well remove from the pan and take in a plate . add the small chopped onion in it and add pinch of salt.

now add the finely chopped coriander leaves in the mixture of of onion and poha mixture . mix it well.
STEP : 5
after all the ingredients are mixed into the poha and onion mixture , add a tablespoon of lemon juice for sour and sweet taste. again mix well .
STEP : 6
after the lemon juice is added and all ingredients are mixed together well take it into a bowl and garnish with some fresh coriander leaves. have a good breakfast.
