This dish is super special curry leaves masala rice, famous of kannad people. Masala comprises all regular Karnataka sauting ingredients, tamarind, turmeric, jaggery, redchilly with curryleaves. It is a very good mid day meal and is served with chutney.

5.00 tbsp Curry leaves
3.00 no Red chilly
2.00 tbsp Powdered tamarind
0.25 tbsp Salt
2.00 tbsp Curry leaves powder
2.00 tbsp Sesame seeds

3.00 tbsp Carrot grate
