All the ingredients are taken as per requirement. Carrot is grated before and sesame seeds are fried to light brown in advance.

Take a pan and fry sesame seeds, till light brown and flavours good without rawness. Little oil may be used.

Also add the dried red chillies to the seasoning which adds taste to the dish and fry till it looses rawness and more chilliness is removed.

Add the healthy curry leaves to the seasoning. Powdered curry leaves may also be used for the purpose. Fry it till little and flavours good.

Stir the stuff occassionally, till the stuff becomes hot and yummy. Do not over fry the curry leaves. Also itâs powder may be used for good results.

Now add the main mixture of curry leaves and fried methi seeds and corriander powder. The mixture is useful for developing heat and active ness among children.

Now stir the mixture till complete. After it is fried keep it aside till it cools.

Add the required amount of rice to the seasoning. Close the lid and allow it to cook, till the seasoning is absorbed well.

Mix the stuff well, till it becomes soft. Do not overfry the stuff. More oil or ghee may be added.

Add required amount of salt. It requires less salt as the rice is already cooked before.

Also add the grated carrot and tamarind chutney or powder for good taste. It adds more deliciousness to the recipe.

On stirring the image looks as shown. Lid may be closed for sometime and allowed to heat.
