STEP : 1
First take the Curry leaves and wash this in a water , And also separate the leaves from the stick.

Now take a one kada in this add 1 spun of oil and fry the Curry leaves in a low flame.

After that add 1 and 1/4 Spun of Bengal Gram and fry this also for 5 minutes in a low flame.

Then Add 1 spun of Moong Dal and fry this also, in a low flame for 5 minutes.

Now take the 1 spun of Urad Dal and fry this also in a low flame for 5 to 10 minutes.

We have to fry all the ingredients separately one by one for a good taste, Otherwise the dish will spoil.

Now add all the ingredients to the jar as in the image, And grind this upto 5 to 10 minutes.

Now take a one small thadka pan to this add 1 spun of oil and , and make it heat in a low flame and add Mustard Seeds and iengu and fry for 5 minutes.
