This is an village style of Curry Leaves powder , in which we can use this powder with so many dishes like rice, Chapati and so on, and also we can keep this more than one month with - out any preservation.

Ingredients of Curry leaves powder

1.50 cup Curry Leaves
1.25 tbsp Bengal Gram
1.00 tbsp Urad Dal
1.00 tbsp Moong Dal
1.00 tbsp Mustard Seeds
1.00 tbsp Salt
1.75 tbsp Oil
0.00 tbsp Iengu

Curry leaves powder

First take the Curry leaves and wash this in a water , And also separate the leaves from the stick.

Now take a one kada in this add 1 spun of oil and fry the Curry leaves in a low flame.
