We are all so much of health consious ,in this mechanical life and also we like tastiest foods , so we can make the dosa which is tasty and as well as it is also good for the health and imunity also.

Ingredients of Curry leaves dosa

1.00 cup Rice
2.00 tbsp Salt
1.50 cup Water
0.50 cup Curry Leaves
2.00 no Green chilly
0.50 no Dry ginger
3.00 tbsp Oil

Curry leaves dosa

First take a one bowl of rice and clean this neatly , and separate the dust neatly from the rice , and kept this in a bowl.

Now wash the rice in a water twice , and then keep this aside ,for this add 2 cup of water and leave this upto 2 hours.

After 2 hours separate the water from the rice , now take a one jar in this add the separate rice from the water.

After adding the rice into the jar , grind this as a fully paste, without adding any water.

After grinding this as a fully paste , now to this add pasted curry leaves , 2 green chilly, 1/2 pinch of ginger,and 1 spun of salt, grind this again for 5 minutes.

Now the dosa is ready, to make a tastiest dosa of curry leaves . add little bit of water for consistency.

Make it heat the tava in a medium flame and spread the dosa as I showed in the below image.

after spread the dosa on the tava ,spread 1 spun of oil around the dosa,and close this as I shown in the below image. And cook for 5 minutes.

After cooking in the one side now , turn the dosa another side,and cook another side also for 5 minutes.
