STEP : 1
First take a one bowl of rice and clean this neatly , and separate the dust neatly from the rice , and kept this in a bowl.

Now wash the rice in a water twice , and then keep this aside ,for this add 2 cup of water and leave this upto 2 hours.
STEP : 3
After 2 hours separate the water from the rice , now take a one jar in this add the separate rice from the water.
STEP : 4
After adding the rice into the jar , grind this as a fully paste, without adding any water.
STEP : 5
After grinding this as a fully paste , now to this add pasted curry leaves , 2 green chilly, 1/2 pinch of ginger,and 1 spun of salt, grind this again for 5 minutes.

Now the dosa is ready, to make a tastiest dosa of curry leaves . add little bit of water for consistency.

Make it heat the tava in a medium flame and spread the dosa as I showed in the below image.

after spread the dosa on the tava ,spread 1 spun of oil around the dosa,and close this as I shown in the below image. And cook for 5 minutes.

After cooking in the one side now , turn the dosa another side,and cook another side also for 5 minutes.
STEP : 10
Now the healthy and tasty,village style of curry leaves dosa is ready to eat. Serve this in a hot with coconut chutney.
