STEP : 1
First take the fresh curry leaves and wash this in a water , for two times . And make this ready for chutney .

After washing the curry leaves in a water , Separate the leaves from the stick as I showed in the below image.
STEP : 3
Now take a one jar , in this add , the 2 spun of Roasted grams, And add dry kobari . And grind this in dry only.
STEP : 4
After that, Take a one jar in this add 1/2 cup of curry leaves, 2 to 3 green chilly, 1/2 pinch of dry ginger, 1/2 pinch of Tamarind, 2 to 3 garlic.

After adding all ingredients into the jar, Grind this fully as dry. This is looks like in the below image .

After grinding dryly both of separately , Now add 1/2 cup water and grind for 5 minutes . As in the below image.
STEP : 7
Now take a one small thadka pan , Make it heat in a low flame , To this add ingu , and mustered seeds . And fry this for 5 minutes.
STEP : 8
Now the healthy and tasty curry leaves chutney is ready to serve . It is a good combination with Dosa .
