This is a very unique fish recipe which is made using big cubes of fish which are filled with a green chutney inside and then they are shallow batter fried. The gravy is green in color and is less spicy but very exotic and aromatic

Ingredients of Curd fish curry

0.50 kg Basa Fillet
0.50 cup Mint Leaves
0.50 cup Coriander Leaves
2.00 no Onion
1.00 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3.00 tbsp Curd
4.00 no Chili
1.00 tbsp Coriander Leaves
8.00 tbsp Oil
0.50 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Kalonjee Seeds

Curd fish curry

Take the Basa fillet pieces and wash and clean them very well and then cut the filet into uniform sized cubes

This curry looks awesome and healthy dish too. Curd is an excellent source of protein will improves digestion , boost up the immunity level in body and also strengthen the bones.
