Raita is the most favorite dish for all Indians.As Raita is made instantly it's most preferable dish by all ladies.The main ingredient in Raita is curd or Yogurt which is very good for digestion.Mostly raita is a good combination for spicy main dishes like chicken biryani, veg pulao, veg biryani and even for parathas.This Avocado Cucumber Raita is delicious raita which makes a healthy substitute and also makes finger licking taste.Avocado is said as king of all fruits as it's packed with vitamins like vitamin K, copper, folate, vitamin B6, potassium, vitamin E, and vitamin C.This is Healthy fruit and when it's combined with cucumber it makes really beneficial.Cucumber is well known for its coolness, water content, and fiber which helps in digestion and constipation problems.So, Now we are using these healthy ingredients to make a delicious Raita.This goes well with all types of rice recipes and parathas.

Ingredients of Cucumber raita

0.25 tbsp AmchurOrDryMangoPowder
0.25 tbsp RedChiliPowder
