By many try outs of squid i understood one thing , squid gives its best when it is in a snack form . this is an awesome dish with very few ingredients and we can feel all the flavours in it .

Ingredients of For squid preparation

0.25 kg Squid
1.00 tbsp Ginger
2.00 no Garlic
0.25 cup Coriander leaves
1.00 no Egg
3.00 no Green chilly

0.25 tbsp Salt

For Squid Preparation

At the first step clean the squid and remove its skin and tentacles from it , then drain off excess water.

then take a blender or mixer put one egg ,little ginger ,garlic , green chilly and coriander leaves to it .

grind it well like a very fine and smooth paste , no need to add water to it . then transfer it to a bowl.

Mix every thing well and add some salt also to it , mean while heat a pan or kadai and then

For Fry Preparation

put some oil to it , let it hot . oil should be there to deep fry the squid and also be careful while frying because chance of burns while adding squid to it ,

put the squid one by one to the corn flour and spread it fully on it , dip one by one .

I cooked this three times.it is super and yummy thank you for giving the measurements for salt as it helps amateurs like me.i had prepared this recipe for my sister's birthday she doesn't like sea foods but trust me she fell in love with this and my family members too.

It contains squid, corn flour, ginger all of this is healthy facts in this dish. Normally squid contains little bit cholesterol when you take this dish you have to do any exercises then it make your health in good condition and it contains normal level of protein and iron that made you to be healthy and corn flour and ginger contains vitamin c and here ginger that helps in digestion of food.
