By many try outs of squid i understood one thing , squid gives its best when it is in a snack form . this is an awesome dish with very few ingredients and we can feel all the flavours in it .

Ingredients of For squid preparation

0.25 kg Squid
1.00 tbsp Ginger
2.00 no Garlic
0.25 cup Coriander leaves
1.00 no Egg
3.00 no Green chilly

0.25 tbsp Salt

For Squid Preparation

At the first step clean the squid and remove its skin and tentacles from it , then drain off excess water.

then take a blender or mixer put one egg ,little ginger ,garlic , green chilly and coriander leaves to it .

grind it well like a very fine and smooth paste , no need to add water to it . then transfer it to a bowl.

For Fry Preparation

put some oil to it , let it hot . oil should be there to deep fry the squid and also be careful while frying because chance of burns while adding squid to it ,

mean while take a big plate and pour some corn flour to it , no need to add water to it .

put the squid one by one to the corn flour and spread it fully on it , dip one by one .

Squid tastes best when fried nice and crunchy. With the right masala it tastes awesomely good. It is a good side dish to have with rice or even with vegatable dish. Of course it also goes well as chakna while sipping your drink.

Actually, I don't love seafood. But I know it is rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals. It has so many criteria like it should not be overcooked or else it will be in rubber consistency. So I don't prefer it. It looks like a yummy snack. It will be flavorful. I will try it. Thank you for sharing the recipes and keep sharing.

I love seafoods more than anything.... It's very light , soft and healthy too. They are highly loaded with protein, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and these helps to fight against cancer cells. It's should not be overcooked to avoid rubbery consistency and this dish is lot easier to make at home. Ginger garlic paste gives excellent flavor to the dish.
