This is a starter dish prepared with mmushroom marinated in garlic paste. It is a Chinese item and is served either with sauce or as a side dish sometimes with noodles. It is very simple to make and the crisp in the soft mushroom is very yummy

1.00 tbsp Soya Sauce
1.00 tbsp Chili Sauce

6.00 tbsp Oil
0.25 tbsp Black Pepper

Crispy mushroom fry

Take the button mushroom, wash it under running tap and clean it very well before it can be batter coated.
