STEP : 1
Take the button mushroom, wash it under running tap and clean it very well before it can be batter coated.

Remove the stem of the mushroom and then add the cornflour, salt, black pepper and little water and mix all the ingredients and set it aside for frying.

Chop the onions into small thin slices, chop the green chili and capsicum into small pieces. - Peel the garlic and wash and clean them.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the coated mushroom into the same and deep fry them till the mushroom becomes crispy

Remove the mushroom from the oil after they are fried and set it aside by draining the excess oil to cook with the onion , capsicum and garlic mix.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the onion to the same and fry them till it turns pinkish in color
STEP : 7
Add the green chili and the garlic to the kadai and keep on frying them well till the garlic is fried well

Now after this add the capsicum pieces to the oil and fry them well till all of the ingredients are softened and blend well. Add a pinch of salt.

Add the fried mushroom to the kadai and mix it well with the rest of the contents. Add the soya sauce and the chili sauce and mix well. Cook till the gravy is all dried. Then the dish is ready to be served with coriander toppings.
